Terms and conditions:

  1. For booking with us, you may pay 60% in advance (while booking the tour) and 40% at the time of check in at your booked camp.
  2. For unused camp accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
  3. In our plans/packages, we do not include transportation but if you want us to book the same for you, please contact us. Note: Transportation booking will be charged additionally.
  4. You can pay via Cash Deposit or Bank Transfer (NEFT, IMPS). For which we’ll share details with you once you book one of our packages.
  5. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by payment of Non-refundable Advance.
  6. All packages are ‘group packages’ and same services/items are applicable for each person in the group.
  7. Total package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons.
  8. Any meal, activity or service not availed by the client will not be adjusted in the package cost.
  9. We entertain only those persons at the campsite for whom the booking has been made.
  10. In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
  • 35+ days prior to arrival –  25% of the Total Billing Amount
  • 07+ days prior to arrival –  50% of the Total Billing Amount
  • Less than 7 days or no show – NO REFUND.
